How Our Process Works
We believe clarity is everything. That’s why our process is simple, transparent, and built for speed — so you always know what to expect.
Step 1 – Referral Submission
Attorneys, insurers, or employers submit a case through our secure online form or directly by email.
Step 2 – Expert Assignment
We match the case with a board-certified physician from our vetted panel, based on specialty, jurisdiction, and case needs.
Step 3 – Evaluation & Review
The physician conducts an Independent Medical Examination (IME) and/or record review, applying treatment guidelines and standards of care.
Step 4 – Report Delivery
Within 15 days, a clear, well-documented report. Reports that don’t stray into speculation or unnecessary commentary. Each report directly addresses the specific issues at hand — the questions you’ve asked are the questions we answer.
*Physician Payment (for the practitioners): Every physician is paid within 15 days of report submission — no long delays, no uncertainty.
*Every step of our process is HIPAA-compliant, physician-driven, and built around timelines you can count on.
Outcome Transparency You Can See
At the end of the day, decisions matter. It’s about winning and losing.
Whether in hearings, trials, or depositions, our evaluations stand up and the outcomes prove it.
We measure our success the same way you would: by the results of the cases we have supported. Favorable decisions matter, no matter which side they land on. That’s why Four Points Forensics stays firmly in the middle providing clear, unbiased medical opinions that help courts and clients reach the right outcome.
If the evidence is strong, we believe favorable outcome will follow. Our role is to make sure every opinion is clear, current, and credible no hunches, no bias.
Our physicians’ goals in their private practice are simple: to deliver the right care, to the right patient, at the right time.
At Four Points Forensics, we bring that same principle into the medical-legal arena providing the right evaluation, for the right case, within the right timeline.
